Cucumber salad with kefir

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 500 ml kefir
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and slice the cucumber. Peel and finely chop the onion. Place it in a bowl with the kefir. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste. It also goes well as a side dish with meatballs and boiled potatoes.
