Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g flour
- Salt, sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 1 cup cream cheese, grainy or cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For the batter: Combine flour, eggs, salt, sugar, and milk in a runny batter. Stir in the milk until the batter spreads smoothly. A runny batter makes the pancakes thinner. For the sauce: Blend the sour cream, cream cheese, vanilla sugar, and sugar with a hand blender until a smooth, thin sauce forms. Bake the pancakes, pour the sauce over them, and roll them up.
