Pancakes with spreadable cheese and jam

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 3 large eggs
  • some cream cheese
  • some jam
  • some sugar
  • some salt

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

A Hungarian recipe from my mother-in-law. Very delicious.

Combine flour, milk, mineral water, eggs, and a pinch of salt to form a smooth batter (it should be slightly runny). Then heat a pan with oil and fry the batter one at a time to make thin pancakes (crepes). Sprinkle with sugar and spread some cream cheese and jam on top, then roll up. You can also spread Nutella, cheese, etc. on top. Truly delicious.
