Pancakes with egg and spring onions made from kefir dough

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 ml kefir
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • Oil for frying, e.g. sunflower oil
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 4 spring onions
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

For the dough, mix the kefir, egg, flour, baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt thoroughly. The dough should remain slightly runny. For the filling, clean and finely chop the spring onions. Peel the boiled eggs, grate them coarsely, and mix well with the spring onions and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix the mixture with the dough. Heat a little oil in a pan and add the pancake batter a spoonful at a time. Fry the pancakes over low heat until golden brown, turning occasionally.
