Pancakes with Nutella and Berries

For the dough:

  • 100 g Flour
  • 75 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg size M
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sliced ​​almonds
  • Oil for frying

For the filling:

  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 50 g Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Brittle, hazelnut or almond
  • 100 g Mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  1. Get the frozen berries out early and let thaw for a few hours. Make a dough from flour, milk, eggs, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, stir well with a whisk so that no lumps are formed. Carefully fold in the almonds and let swell for about 20 minutes.
  1. In the meantime, mix the cream cheese with Nutella until creamy and mix in the brittle. Bake two light brown pancakes from the batter and coat them with the Nutella cream. Spread the berries on top. Roll up and decorate with the remaining berries and brittle and serve while warm.
