Tempting Pancakes with Nutella
The perfect tempting pancakes with nutella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 cups Flour
- 0,75 cups Milk 3.8
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Knife point Salt
- 1 Egg size M.
- Nutella to taste and vanilla from the mill
- I don’t cook that often, but these pancakes are really easy and my boyfriend thinks they are really tasty. The only thing he complains about: you just can’t stop eating! LOL ☺ ☺
- First I make the dough: mix the flour with the milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 KNIFE point of salt in a mixing bowl, then break the egg with a KNIFE and add it immediately and beat again vigorously with a FORK. You can also use a hand blender, so it’s really quick and without lumps. Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes. (If you are very hungry, you can skip this step if necessary. LOL!)
- Then it’s time to prepare: use a KNIFE to put some clarified butter in a coated pan (Ø about 24 cm, but it doesn’t matter) and heat. Spread a thin layer of dough evenly on the bottom of the pan with a rotating motion. As soon as the edges are golden yellow, carefully turn the pancake with a spatula or a wooden spatula or slide it onto a plate and turn it back into the pan and bake the second side until golden. Before turning the pancake, add a little more fat to the pan.
- Now comes “the trick with the pot”. I put a pot about the size of the pancake on top of the pancake in the pan. The pot should of course be super clean. This way, the other side of the pancake will be evenly golden yellow. (I learned from my grandma! Thank you again, Grandma!) Bake the rest of the dough in the same way, stirring the dough with a TEA SPOON before each baking.
- To serve: coat the finished pancakes thickly with Nutella and, if you like, add vanilla from the grinder on top.
