  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • Fat, for the pan
  • 1 bag of mixed salad
  • n. B. cooked ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine eggs, flour, and salt in a bowl, then stir in the milk. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the batter in batches until golden brown. Transfer the salad mix to a bowl. Serve with sliced ​​cooked ham, if desired. Top each pancake with a slice of ham, top with some mixed salad, and roll up. We love eating this wrap-like dish in the summer.
