Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spiral pasta)
- 1 jar of remoulade
- 1 thick meat sausage
- 1 jar gherkins, small (cornichons)
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 hours; Total time approx. 20 hours 10 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then let it cool completely. Cut the sausage and gherkins into small cubes and place them in a bowl. Add the remoulade, season with pepper, add the pasta, and mix everything together.
