Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 fish fillets (pangasius fillet)
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) garlic powder or fresh garlic
  • 1 pinch(s) spice mix (Vegeta)
  • 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • possibly Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the pangasius fillets and pat dry, then (make sure to distribute evenly) divide the pepper, lemon, garlic, Vegeta, and paprika among the fillets in the order shown. If you have enough time, let the fish rest at this point. This enhances the flavor experience even more! Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the pangasius fillets until golden brown on both sides. If you like it spicy, you can season with Tabasco before frying. This goes very well with brown rice or stir-fried vegetables.
