ingenious, delicious and simple

Cut the ciabatta into 8 pieces and then cut in half. Drizzle with the olive oil mixture and top with tomato, mozzarella, ham, and arugula, or with tomato, tuna, onion, arugula, and mozzarella (the variations are endless). Season with salt and chili to taste. Then fold the bread over and grill on low heat for about 5 minutes, until the ciabatta is crispy. It’s great to prepare and serve as a wine or beer snack.
