Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g potato(s), waxy
- 150 g onion(s)
- 150 g shallot(s)
- 600 g black pudding (Flönz)
- Sea salt
- Pepper, black from the mill
- oil
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Fried potatoes with black pudding
Peel and slice the potatoes. Dice the onions and slice the shallots. Heat the oil and butter in a pan. Dry the raw potatoes on a kitchen towel and add them to the pan. Once browned, season with salt and pepper, add the onions and shallots, and fry for about 30 minutes. Slice the Flönz (a kind of sausage) and fry briefly near the end of the cooking time. Serve the Panneschieve with the Flönz (a kind of sausage).
