Bread & Rolls: Spelled Rolls
The perfect bread & rolls: spelled rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 140 ml Lukewarm rice milk
- 1 dice Yeast 42 gr.
- 10 g Sugar
- 500 g Spelled flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 ml. Rice milk
- Mix the 140 ml rice milk with the yeast and sugar and let rest for 1 hour.
- Add the spelled flour, the teaspoon of salt and the olive oil, work everything into a dough with the dough hook, I added another 50 ml rice milk … so the dough turned out really good.
- Then cover the dough in the bowl and let it rest for a good hour.
- Then work through the dough again and shape it into bread – either bake like this – I then cut down thick slices, shaped them a little and bake them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Take out the rolls and let them cool … I couldn’t help myself … I had to try a fresh roll 🙂 .. delicious 🙂
