Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 50 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 50 g red bell pepper(s)
  • 3 basil leaves
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the bell peppers and mix with the cream cheese and quark. Finely slice the basil and fold it into the cream cheese. Season the cream cheese with salt, pepper, and paprika.
