Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 pack of tomatoes (Tomata al Gusto)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • broth
  • herbs, Italian

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the minced meat, onions, and garlic in olive oil. Slice the bell peppers and add them. Season everything with salt, pepper, and the Italian herb mix. Then add Tomato al Gusto (from Knorr) and simmer with the lid on for about 15 minutes. If it gets too thick, add more broth. Serve with rice. Enjoy.
