Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g fried peppers
  • 400 g pork strips
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 ml broth
  • 100 g paprika pepper spread, e.g. from brunch
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Sauce thickener

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and easy

Cooking time: approximately 15 minutes. Chop the tomatoes and bell peppers and chop the garlic. Brown the minced meat. Add the bell peppers and garlic and fry briefly. Deglaze everything with the broth and stir in the spread, tomato paste, and tomatoes. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. If the sauce is still too thin, you can thicken it with a little thickener. Rice goes perfectly with this sauce.
