Paradise Cream Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 220 g sugar
  • 250 ml oil
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 packs of cream powder (Paradise Cream Chocolate Flavor)
  • 250 g flour, smooth
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Butter and flour for the mold
  • 200 g cooking chocolate, if desired
  • 250 g butter, if desired
  • n.e. mini marshmallows, possibly.

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Then stir in the oil, milk, and Paradiescreme powder. The mixture will now be truly chocolatey! Finally, fold in the flour and baking powder. The batter should now be particularly creamy. Unlike normal cake mixtures, this batter will be firmer. Butter a springform pan or bundt cake pan and sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (fan oven) for 1 hour. When a skewer is used, the batter should no longer stick. If desired, the cooled cake can then be glazed (melt 200g of cooking chocolate and 250g of butter together) and topped with marshmallows.
