Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 10 sage leaves
- 25 g sour cream butter
- 200 g sour cream
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- ½ tsp fish sauce
- 80 g Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely slice the spring onion and finely slice the sage. Sauté both together in the butter. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and fish sauce. Add the sour cream, mix well, and reduce slightly. Finally, stir in the Parmesan cheese. Tip: Pairs well with veal, cauliflower, and Oberländer cheese.
