Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 ml olive oil, virgin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon(s) – zest, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp parsley, finely chopped fresh
  • ½ tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground black

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Prepare the ingredients and place them in a bowl. Mix well until an emulsion forms.
