Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bunch parsley, flat
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ¼ liter olive oil, cold pressed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious as an ingredient in salad dressings and pasta dishes

Finely chop the parsley and garlic and mix all ingredients. Store in a glass container with the lid on in the refrigerator until ready to use (will keep for about 1 week).
