Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 125 ml oil
- 125 ml wine (sparkling wine) or mineral water
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 1 sachet of dry yeast
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 200 g cooked ham, diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 200°C on the middle rack for 40-50 minutes.
