with puff pastry

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) or 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) fan-assisted. Season the minced meat with mustard, salt, paprika, and pepper. Dice the bell peppers and Gouda cheese and mix with the minced meat. Roll out the puff pastry, spread the minced meat on it, and roll it up again. Place the meatloaf seam-down on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Prick the top a few times with a fork. Mix the oil with a little paprika and brush the meatloaf with it.
