Crispy spelt patties with dip

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 7 tbsp spelt flour, more if needed
  • 7 tbsp spelled flakes, rolled from whole, crunchy flakes
  • 7 tbsp oat flakes, flower-soft
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 spring onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • pepper
  • n. B. water
  • Rapeseed oil
  • possibly carrot(s), grated, optional
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • some garlic or garlic granules
  • chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

without egg, easy and quick

For the patties, mix all the solid ingredients together. Gradually add a little water until you get a smooth mixture. Let it rest for 10-20 minutes, adding more water or flour if needed. Use a tablespoon to form patties and flatten them in the pan (about 1 cm thick). Fry on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the pan and drain on a kitchen towel. For the yogurt dip, mix the sour cream and yogurt, add the garlic and chives, and season with salt and pepper. Serve the patties and dip together. Serve with leaf salad. Tip: If you like, you can also add other seasonal ingredients to the patties, such as grated carrots.
