Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of butter
  • n. B. spice mix, (herb butter spice)
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 1 small bunch of chives
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blend the butter until smooth and combine with the herb butter seasoning, finely chopped chives, parsley, and crushed garlic cloves. Season to taste with salt and lemon juice. Transfer to a container and let cool. Tip: You can also freeze the herb butter in portions.
