Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark (20% fat in dry matter)
  • 150 ml milk
  • 10 tbsp passion fruit syrup
  • 4 almonds, whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

In a suitable bowl, mix the quark and milk thoroughly (a whisk works best). Stir the passion fruit syrup into the creamy mixture. Ladle into dessert bowls. Garnish each serving with an almond.
