Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

ideal for fruit tarts

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a greased springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for approximately 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool and top with desired toppings.
