Pasta and Avocado Pesto

The perfect pasta and avocado pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • 2 piece Ripe avocado
  • 1 hand Basil leaves
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0,5 Lemon fresh
  • 0,5 Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Halve the ripe avocado, remove the stone and puree the pulp with the basil leaves, the peeled garlic clove, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, pour the pesto on top. And sprinkle with the freshly grated Parmesan if you like.
