Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g pasta, uncooked
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 100 ml cream
  • 500 ml water
  • 4 tsp vegetable broth
  • 100 g cheese, pasta cheese for gratin
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder
  • Sauce thickener
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the uncooked pasta in a baking dish and arrange the diced ham on top. Bring the water to a boil and then dissolve the vegetable stock. Add a generous amount of oregano and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cream. Finally, thicken the sauce, but only a little; it shouldn’t be too runny! Pour the sauce over the pasta and ham. The pasta should be completely submerged in the sauce. Sprinkle the cheese over the pasta. Place the dish in a preheated oven (200°C/180°C fan/convection oven) and bake for about 30 minutes.
