Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 150 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 200 ml cream
  • butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Hay and straw

Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to the package instructions. Trim and slice the mushrooms. Dice the ham and onion. Sauté the mushrooms in butter, add the onion, and sauté until translucent. Add the cream and stir to combine. Add the peas and ham to the sauce. Bring to a boil and reduce over medium heat. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
