Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 350 g minced meat, half and half
- 300 g peas, frozen
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ jar wine, red, dry to medium-dry
- salt and pepper
- Butter, in flakes
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Heat the fat in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. When the minced meat turns gray, add the peas and deglaze with the red wine. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Cook the pasta. Grease a casserole dish. Mix the pasta and minced meat and pour into the casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and place knobs of butter on top. Bake for 1/2 hour at approximately 180 degrees Celsius. Serve with leaf salad and dry red wine.
