Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350g spaghetti
- ½ pack of tomatoes, pureed
- 400 ml light hollandaise sauce (ready-made product or homemade)
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 2 tsp paprika powder, mild
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp Fondor
- ½ tsp pepper, white and black
- 3 dashes of Tabasco
- 4 liters of water
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp ketchup, (curry ketchup)
- 2 bags of cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, cook the spaghetti in the water according to the instructions. Add the two tablespoons of salt. Next, briefly sauté the garlic clove (whole, not chopped) in a preheated pan along with the finely chopped onions. Then reduce the heat to medium and add the minced meat. Season the minced meat and fry until nicely browned. Remove the garlic clove before adding the passata. Pour in the passata and the hollandaise sauce and mix well with the ketchup. Then place the spaghetti at the bottom of a baking dish and pour the minced meat sauce over it. Cover everything well with cheese and bake in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for approx. 20 minutes.
