Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g penne or fusilli
- salt water
- 250 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 pack of herb cream cheese, light
- ½ pack of Gorgonzola
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 100 g cheese (Butterkäse or Leerdamer)
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- some curry
- chili powder
- nutmeg
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
without cream
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and set aside. Place a large pot or pan on the heat, sauté the onions briefly, then deglaze with the milk. Now add all the cheese and let it melt. Add the garlic and season with spices. Mix the sauce with the pasta, pour into a baking dish, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20-30 minutes.
