Pasta Bake with Ham
The perfect pasta bake with ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Pasta
- Made from spelled flour
- 200 g Chicken breast smoked cold cuts
- 2 Free range eggs
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- 300 g Gouda in one piece
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Paprika spice
- Salt
- Freshly cooked spinach
- A remnAnt from the previous dAy
- Butter for greasing and flakes
- 1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- Cook pasta al dente, coarsely grate cheese,
- Grease the casserole dish, put the pasta approx. 1/3 in the casserole dish with half of the ham cubes, top with the spinach, second third put the pasta over it, spread the remaining ham over it and cover with the remaining pasta
- Whisk the eggs with the sour cream, season with nutmeg, paprika and salt
- Pour the egg and sour cream mixture over the pasta and sprinkle thickly with the cheese
- Put the flakes of butter on top, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and put in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 175 degrees circulating air
- I forgot the pictures of the spinach …… because originally the casserole was supposed to be without spinach but then it occurred to me that there was still this leftover that I then used
