Pasta Bake with Mozzarella and Mascarpone

- 500 g Penne
- 2 Cans Tomatoes, finely chopped
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 400 g Mozzarella
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- Boil the penne in salted water until it is almost soft.
- Place the tomatoes in a bowl, add the mascarpone, 200 g mozzarella and the spices and mix.
- Mix the penne and tomato-cheese mixture, place in a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining 200 g mozzarella on top.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, then switch on the grill for 3 minutes and let the cheese brown slightly.
