Pasta Bake with Mozzarella and Mascarpone

The perfect pasta bake with mozzarella and mascarpone recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Penne
  • 2 Cans Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 400 g Mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  1. Boil the penne in salted water until it is almost soft.
  2. Place the tomatoes in a bowl, add the mascarpone, 200 g mozzarella and the spices and mix.
  3. Mix the penne and tomato-cheese mixture, place in a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining 200 g mozzarella on top.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, then switch on the grill for 3 minutes and let the cheese brown slightly.
