Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (croissants)
  • 1 can mixed vegetables (Mexico corn mix)
  • 5 slice(s) ham, diced
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tbsp remoulade
  • 3 packs of ready-made mix (Saladfix – Garden Herbs)
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente and let cool. Add the Mexican corn mix and ham. Mix the remaining ingredients into a salad dressing, pour over the pasta, and toss to combine. Prepare the salad a few hours before serving, so the dressing can absorb the flavor.
