Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g pasta (croissants)
- 1 can mixed vegetables (Mexico corn mix)
- 5 slice(s) ham, diced
- 4 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tbsp remoulade
- 3 packs of ready-made mix (Saladfix – Garden Herbs)
- 2 tsp vegetable broth
- pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente and let cool. Add the Mexican corn mix and ham. Mix the remaining ingredients into a salad dressing, pour over the pasta, and toss to combine. Prepare the salad a few hours before serving, so the dressing can absorb the flavor.
