Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g Penne Rigate
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 pieces of bell pepper(s), red, yellow and green
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 5 tbsp ketchup
  • 5 tbsp vinegar
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • e.g. chives, freshly chopped or dried
  • e.g. parsley, freshly chopped or dried
  • 2 garlic cloves, if desired (finely chopped)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with ham, peppers and corn

Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain the corn. Dice the bell peppers. Dice the ham. Place everything in a large bowl. Mix the ketchup with the vinegar, oil, garlic, herbs, and spices. Pour the sauce over the pasta salad. Mix everything thoroughly and season to taste.
