Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g Penne Rigate
- 1 can of corn
- 3 pieces of bell pepper(s), red, yellow and green
- 200 g cooked ham
- 5 tbsp ketchup
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 5 tbsp oil
- e.g. chives, freshly chopped or dried
- e.g. parsley, freshly chopped or dried
- 2 garlic cloves, if desired (finely chopped)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with ham, peppers and corn
Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain the corn. Dice the bell peppers. Dice the ham. Place everything in a large bowl. Mix the ketchup with the vinegar, oil, garlic, herbs, and spices. Pour the sauce over the pasta salad. Mix everything thoroughly and season to taste.
