Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled
- 6 gherkins
- 1 can extra fine peas
- 250 g meat sausage
- 1 jar Miracle Whip
- 150 ml cucumber juice
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 30 minutes
Bring water to a boil, add salt, and cook the pasta until al dente. Rinse the pasta with cold water and place it in a large bowl. Finely dice the sausage, cucumber, and eggs and add them to the bowl with the drained peas. Pour in the juice from the cucumber pot and mix everything together. Then mix everything with the Miracle Whip and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Mix again just before serving.
