Pasta salad with cooked ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta of your choice
  • Salt
  • 200 g iceberg lettuce
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • ½ bunch of spring onions, cut into rings
  • 125 g cooked ham
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil, or another good oil
  • Salt and pepper, white from the mill.

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, according to the package instructions. Trim and wash the iceberg lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dice the bell peppers. Tear the ham into large pieces. For the dressing, season the vinegar with salt and pepper, then whisk in the oil. Toss the pasta with the spring onions and bell peppers. Arrange on a platter with the ham and lettuce and drizzle with the dressing.
