Pasta Sauce A’la Don
The perfect pasta sauce a’la don recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 2 Pc. Garlic clove crushed
- 1 tsp Chilli red, roughly chopped
- 1 Msp Curry hot
- 1 Can Peeled and diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp Chopped basil
- 0,5 tsp Dried oregano
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch White milled pepper
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 100 ml White wine
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Take a tall saucepan (because of the splashes)
- Heat some oil with the onions and the Knofi, add the tomato paste, deglaze with the white wine after browning and let it boil down. Add the tomatoes, stir in the chilli, curry, oregano, pepper and salt. bring to the boil and remove from the stove. Stir in the rest of the olive oil and basil, pour over the pasta and sprinkle with the Parmesan. To be amazed after the meal ………. Toscana appears all by itself
