Pasta sauce with peppers and feta cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, green and yellow
  • 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (Pizza sauce Oro di Parma Oregano)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese (Salakis natural), no feta
  • 1 dash of olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the bell peppers, not too finely, and crumble the feta cheese as finely as possible. Finely dice the garlic and onion. Sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil until light brown. Add the bell peppers and fry briefly. Then add the pizza sauce, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Simmer for a few minutes and serve the sauce with pasta. P.S.: Seasonings aren’t necessary because of the pizza sauce and feta cheese.
