A quick pasta dish from my childhood. My family loves this recipe, too.
Cook the pasta until al dente. In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add at least half a tube of tomato paste and mix to combine. Now let the mixture brown and then deglaze with the condensed milk. Bring to a boil gently once so that the toasted mixture separates from the bottom of the pan, season to taste, and stir in the parsley. Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce. We always serve it with cucumber salad. This recipe has been a staple of my childhood, and my husband and young daughter love it too. Admittedly, the idea of using condensed milk is a bit daunting at first, but it tastes really good and is super quick to make.
