simple, inexpensive

Cut the sausage into small pieces and fry in a pan with oil. Meanwhile, dice the onion and add it. Season with curry, pepper, and salt and deglaze with a splash of water from the pickle jar (strain if necessary). Now add some tomato paste and mix well. Cut up the radicchio and add it to the pan. The leaves should be sautéed for a few minutes to remove their bitter taste. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and fry briefly in the pan. Slice some gherkins. Toss the dish in the pan and then sprinkle with the cucumber slices.
