Pasta with broccoli, ham and cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 1 cup of cream
  • some milk
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Fondor
  • Flour
  • 500 g pasta
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Trim the broccoli and cook it in salted water until al dente. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent, then add the ham. Add the broccoli. Pour in the cream and a little milk and bring to a boil. Thicken with a little flour and season generously with Fondor. Cook the pasta (spirals or rigatoni) until al dente and serve.
