Pasta with Cauliflower and Walnut Sauce

- 2 Discs White bread
- 200 g Cream
- 100 g Chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 500 g Cauliflower
- 75 g Parmesan cheese
- 400 g Pasta
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Cut the bread into cubes, pour the cream over them and cook for about 10 minutes. soaking. Heat oil in a pan. Roast the nuts in it until golden brown. Divide the cauliflower into florets. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, 5min. before the end, add the cauliflower.
- Peel the garlic. Puree the nuts, bread, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, oil and 3 tablespoons of pasta water in a blender, then season to taste. Drain the pasta and cauliflower, put both back in the saucepan. Fold in the sauce.
