Grandma Anneliese’s style, quick – easy – cheap and very tasty

Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. For the breadcrumbs, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and fry the breadcrumbs until golden brown. Then set aside in a small bowl. For the cream sauce, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan. Sauté the finely chopped onion in it. Then deglaze with the cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve the pasta with the sauce and top with the breadcrumbs. Then enjoy with the applesauce. My grandma always made this recipe when I needed something quick, and it’s really delicious.
