Pasta with Creme Fraiche Mushroom
The perfect pasta with creme fraiche mushroom recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 250 g Brown mushroom
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 shot Riesling
- 150 g Crème fraîche with herbs
- Salt and pepper

- Parsley
- Finely dice the onions. Grate the mushrooms and cut into slices.
- Let the butter get hot in the pan and sauté the onion and mushrooms together. Deglaze with a dash of Riesling and creme fraiche, simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper,
