Pasta with Day Lily Sauce

- 10 Pc. Daylily leaves
- 100 g Bacon cubes
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Vegetable broth
- 1 deciliter Water
- 1 tablespoon White flour
- 2 deciliter Milk
- 400 g Pasta
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Wash the daylily leaves and cut into thin strips.
- Fry the bacon cubes in a little olive oil.
- Add the daylily leaves and let simmer briefly.
- Add the vegetable stock and deglaze with water. Cover and steam over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the pasta until al dente.
- Add flour to the daylily leaves, mix well.
- Add milk and stir well. Simmer briefly while stirring.
- Mix with the finished pasta and serve.
