Pasta with Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Gorgonzola, approx. 200 g
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • possibly sauce thickener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fast, cheap, delicious. The only dish I’ll eat without meat.

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and melt the cheese over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Season with salt. Thicken with a sauce thickener, if desired. This goes best with penne. Tip: Add finely chopped spinach leaves, if desired.
