Pasta with ham, spring onion and broccoli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 400 g pasta
  • 2 cups of cream, approx.
  • 2 corners of processed cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. In the meantime, chop the broccoli and cook until soft (about 5-10 minutes). Next, chop the ham and spring onion. After these steps, you need a large pan and start frying the ham, and after about 2-3 minutes, add the spring onion. Season with salt and pepper. When the broccoli is done, add it to the pan along with the pasta, and mix everything together well. Once everything is well blended, first take 1 1/2 cups of cream and add it to the pan, along with 2 packages of processed cheese. Stir everything well, and if it’s too thick, add the remaining cream.
