Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (all types of pasta will do)
- 2 packs of Leberkäse, sliced
- 3 onions
- 2 small cans of mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- pepper
- Broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Leberkäse pan
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. In the meantime, sauté the diced onions in the margarine (butter) and add the drained mushrooms, stirring occasionally. Cut the Leberkäse into bite-sized pieces and add to the mushrooms and onions, frying briefly. Drain the pasta and add to the other ingredients. Finally, sprinkle with the instant broth and season with pepper. If you like, you can serve it with tomato sauce. A simple salad goes well with this dish.
