Pasta with Minced Meat Sauce

  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 500 Milliliters Tomatoes happened
  • 1 half Chopped onion
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 50 Milliliters Red wine
  • 100 Milliliters Water
  • 2 Tablespoon (level) Vegetable broth
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Sweet paprika
  • Oregano
  • Salt

  • Tomato spice
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 500 g Pasta
  1. Briefly fry the onions and the finely chopped carrot. Then add the minced meat and fry until cooked through. Now add the tomatoes, the water and the spices. At the same time, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes at a low temperature.
